Attorney and Arbitrator Mesut Onur HACIOĞLU completed his primary and secondary education in Istanbul and graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2014. At the beginning of his professional career, he gained knowledge and experience working at leading law firms in the Gayrettepe, Tekstilkent Koza Plaza, and Levent districts of Istanbul. Since 2017, he has been practising as a freelance lawyer affiliated with the Istanbul Bar Association.
Mesut Onur HACIOĞLU possesses superior professional knowledge and experience in the tourism, construction, metal industry, plastic industry, food, factoring, automotive, software, and media sectors, having worked on projects for clients in these fields both in the past and recently. With this knowledge and experience, he provides legal consultancy and representation services to both local and foreign clients on corporate operations. Hacıoğlu Law and Mediation provides legal services to a portfolio of from over thirty different foreign countries clients, individuals and legal entities.
One of the leading practise area offered by Hacıoğlu Law and Mediation is foreign law. In particular, citizenship law, exceptional acquisition of Turkish citizenship through investment and other citizenship applications, residence permit applications, work permit applications and all kind of legal services provided to foreigners living in Turkey.
